Kodak Black is hopeful for a better future. Such is clear from his recent behavior as he changed his legal name to Bill K. Kapri yesterday and has been taking regular parenting classes in jail. While Kodak does not want any special treatment while he is in prison, his spirits are high after being sentenced to serve one year behind bars, leaving him with hopes to be released in the fall. As his legal team continues to prepare for his release, Kodak has plans of his own in terms of his creative future. While we can confidently assume that he's been keeping busy writing bars, Kodak has said that he is also writing a book.
The Painting Pictures artist shared the news on Twitter and, while it was likely his team posting on his behalf, he seems to be looking forward to sharing his literary debut with the world. The rapper tweeted, "I’m excited about this book I’m writing. I’m ready for the world to read it," in a message directly after stating his new attitude along with his fresh Bill K. Kapri moniker. It remains unclear what the book will be about as details of the work are extremely scarce but it's possible that Kodak will focus on his life and legal struggles in the piece.
Would you read a book written by Kodak Black and, if so, what type of literature do you think he's penning?
