Rodman doesn't think LiAngelo stands a chance.

Count Dennis Rodman as one of the many people who think LiAngelo Ball won't make it in the NBA.

Ball, 19, has been playing "professionally" with Vytautas Prienu in Lithuania and he recently declared that he'd be entering the 2018 NBA Draft. According to Yahoo Sports, LiAngelo is expected to work out for multiple teams once he returns from Lithuania, and he will participate in the Pro Basketball Combine at IMG Academy in May in front of team executives.

But Rodman has already prepared a scouting report for those executives.

"He is not good at all," Rodman told TMZ when asked about Ball. "He's awful. He's just awful."

When told that LiAngelo recently dropped 72 points in one of his games in Lithuania, Rodman added, "That don't matter. Lithuania has no business even in the league. The teams over there just pretty much suck."

Despite his opinion of LiAngelo Ball, Rodman says he's still giving the kid a 10% chance to be drafted, strictly because of the social media influence. "Just because of social media," Rodman tells TMZ Sports, "I'd say (a) 10-percent chance."

In nine first-division Lithuanian League games with Vytautas Prienu, Ball averaged 15.7 points per game, including 45% shooting from three, according to Yahoo Sports' Shams Charania247Sports ranked LiAngelo as a 3-star recruit coming out of Chino Hills high school, and he was ranked as the 226th overall player and 50th ranked shooting guard in the 2017 class.

In December, following the shoplifting scandal, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski said that Ball "has no chance that he'll be drafted in June — and that was true before his shoplifting incident in China." An NBA GM reportedly told ESPN, "He's not on any of our scouting lists — even the extended lists."
