Halsey took the SNL stage at last night's Sam Rockwell-hosted show, surprising the audience with a guest appearance from her boyfriend and collaborator, Bay Are rapper G-Eazy. The two performed "Him & I," their collaborative single from G-Eazy's new album The Beautiful & Damned, which peaked at No. 15 on the Hot 100 earlier this year.
Halsey also performed "Bad At Love," her biggest solo hit, which peaked at No. 6 on the Hot 100 in 2017. It comes from her debut album Hopeless Fountain Kingdom.
The episode was hosted by Three Billboards In Ebbing, Missouri's Sam Rockwell, who accidentally dropped an F-bomb in one of the skits.
In December, SZA delivered a show-stopping performance on the SNL stage, doing renditions of her Ctrl singles "Love Galore" and "The Weekend."
Halsey recently made headlines when she criticized the male-dominated lineup at the Firefly Music Festival. "Damn guys come onnnnnn. Where the women at," she tweeted. "This was one of my favorite festivals I’ve ever played and it’s a shame there’s not more females on the bill. With the exception of (the amazing) Sza, the first like 20 acts on the bill are men. It’s 2018, do better!!!"
Alongside "Him & I," G-Eazy's Cardi B and A$AP Rocky-assisted "No Limit" single continues to make an impact on the charts. It's currently at No. 5 on the Hot 100.
