LaVar Ball will be making an appearance on CNN tonight to talk about his fresh feud with President Trump, which began over the weekend.
Just days after Trump took some credit for the UCLA basketball players' release from jail in China, LaVar Ball suggested the President was overplaying his role in the matter.
When LaVar was asked about Trump's role in the situation, he responded "Who? What was he over there for? Don't tell me nothing. Everybody wants to make it seem like he helped me out."
Of course, Trump could not hold back from responding to those comments, which is likely exactly what LaVar was hoping for. Yesterday afternoon the President tweeted that he should've left LiAngelo Ball, Jalen Hill and Cody Riley in jail until his next visit to China. He also called out LaVar for being "very ungrateful."

The three UCLA basketball players were detained in China for a few days after being arrested for shoplifting, but returned home shortly after Trump's visit to China. During his time there, Trump says he spoke with China's President Xi Jinping, and convinced him to let the players free.
As a result of their back-and-forth, CNN is giving LaVar Ball some air time tonight. He is expected to go live at 10pm ET which you can watch on CNN, or streaming via CNNgo (requires Flash).
