In 2016, HNHH launched one Spotify playlist to rule them all: FIRE EMOJI: The Hottest Hip Hop Songs Right Now.
The playlist is updated regularly and is representative of the best new releases in hip hop and R&B, or at least those that make it to Spotify.
July was a big month for album releases, with the biggest projects to come out including Meek Mill's Wins & Losses, NAV and Metro Boomin's Perfect Timing, , 21 Savaeg's Issa Album, French Montana's Jungle Rules and many more. We've also had high-profile single releases from Macklemore & Lil Yachty, Cardi B, Ski Mask the Slump God, Lil Pump and Nyck @ Knight, just to name a few.
Our July playlist contains songs from these projects and others as well, plus a few songs that were released in June that are still very much a part of the conversation in the hip-hop community.
