In his freshman interview, Kap speaks on growing up a young hooper in College Park and signing to Pharrell. “I remember [Pharrell] told me, ‘Bro, I haven’t been this excited since Clipse,’ and that’s when I knew that I had potential to do it, you know what I mean?" he said. "I look at Pharrell like a big brother. He always gives me that advice. Whatever I need. If I want to talk to him about the music, about the fashion—I know he gonna keep it 100 with me.”
