Former Kentucky Wildcats freshman star, De'Aaron Fox, has reportedly inked a multi-year sneaker deal with Nike. The terms of the deal were not disclosed but according to The Vertical's Nick DePaula, the 19-year old guard was a top priority among all the major brands.
Fox, who has drawn comparisons to John Wall not only because of his UK roots but because of his lightning quick speed up and down the court, is a surefire lottery pick and could very go within the Top-5 at the NBA Draft later this month.
The projected #1 overall pick Markelle Fultz still has not signed with any sneaker brands and we all know the story with Lonzo Ball, whose father reportedly turned down a $10 million deal in favor of a more lucrative offer.
