Some recent rumors suggest rap phenomenon Lil Uzi Vert inked a deal with Wiz Khalifa's Taylor Gang Records. DJ Drama and Don Cannon took to Twitter to dispel these rumors, stating that Lil Uzi was solely signed with their label, Generation Now.
Apparently, last week at "A Very Uzi Xmas" concert in Philly, Wiz Khalifa came up onstage to perform "Pull Up" with the diminutive rapper. He took the opportunity to put a Taylor Gang gold chain around Lil Uzi's neck, confirming he had signed with his label.
The last year has been fruitful for Uzi with two mixtapes -- Lil Uzi Vert vs. the World, The Perfect Luv Tape -- and a joint project with Gucci Mane. No wonder everybody is trying to claim the self-proclaimed rockstar now.
