It was last October that we first found out about Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino's TV show "Atlanta" getting picked up by FX. Now, slightly under a year later, they're almost ready to debut the new series.

A new trailer for the TV show surfaced online, and with that comes news of the series' premiere, although we don't have an exact date yet, just a month. The show will launch in September. For those not up to speed, Glover stars in the show (as character Earnest "Earn" Marks) on top of his roles as executive producer and writer. The series will reportedly consist of ten episodes. As FX says, the show "revolves around two cousins on their way up through the Atlanta rap scene whose opposing views on art versus commerce, success and race will make their quest anything but easy."

Check out the new trailer below.
