Rapper Tekashi69, real name Daniel Hernandez and also known as 6ix9ine, Tekashi 6ix9ine, Tekashi 69, leaves after his arraignment on assault charges in County Criminal Court #1 at the Harris County Courthouse on August 22, 2018 in Houston, Texas.

Tekashi 6ix9ine is in a world of trouble. Earlier on Monday (November 26), we reported that the rainbow-haired rapper pleaded not guilty to his charges. The judge set a court date for September 4th, 2019, which means Tekashi may remain behind bars for a year. The fact that Tekashi pleaded not guilty means that he did not take a deal. If he had entered a plea of no contest or guilty, it would suggest that he did some type of deal. Although Tekashi may be keeping his lips sealed, it appears the Feds had someone else snitching in the gang.

According to VultureAssistant U.S. Attorney Michael Longyear revealed that a confidential informant recorded interactions that will be used against Tekashi in court. He also revealed that Tekashi's social media accounts were put under a microscope (most likely throughout the entire year), and that the content they plan to use against the "Gummo" rapper is, “It’s quite voluminous," according to Longyear. Both the incident at Barclays and the security drama that led to shootings are being wrapped up in the RICO charge as well. The Feds have been using the C.I., surveillance of Tekashi's social media, and his history of public beefs to ultimately build a case against him.
