For weeks, Lil Dicky had been teasing his new single. For a minute, we believed it would only feature Justin Bieber, which was still a pretty huge deal. The pop star had previously said that he wouldn't be making any music for a while but this would effectively end his professional hiatus. We also had not heard much from Lil Dicky since he last released his mega-video "Freaky Friday" with Chris Brown. Today, the duo has returned with a love letter to the land we live on, bringing along just about half of Hollywood to complete the message.
While promoting "Earth" on Ellen this week, Lil Dicky revealed that thirty celebrities would be helping him spread an important message. With all the proceeds of this single and video going to Leonardo DiCaprio's foundation to help save the Earth, LD is doing his part to let everyone know we're in the midst of an environmental crisis. He uses his trademark humor and wit to craft a unique video that almost everybody will appreciate. Helping him out are Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Halsey, Kevin Hart, Wiz Khalifa, Snoop Dogg, Ed Sheeran, Shawn Mendes, and Leo himself. Each actor or musician plays a different component of the planet, be it a marijuana plant, a clam, a zebra or the HPV virus, played by Lil Yachty.
