Drake wants Epic Games to show him some love.

It appears that the cultural obsession with Epic Games' smash hit Fortnite Battle Royale isn't anywhere close to being finished, and Drake isn't through with it either. In fact, we might hear a verse from him about the game pretty soon.

After Drake, Travis Scott, and JuJu Smith-Schuster joined popular Twitch streamer Ninja in their now-infamous gaming session, Fortnite's cultural capital skyrocketed. Drake had other rappers, like Logic, challenge him to the game. Even Murda Beatz, the producer behind Drake's fire new single "Nice For What," caught the wave by flipping Fortnite's intro music into a sick beat.

Now Drake has said that he'd be willing to drop bars about his Fortnite prowess, but on one condition. When Drake joined Ninja again for another Twitch stream last night, Ninja told him he should rap about the game. Drake made his conditions clear, saying, "It has to happen, it’s just gotta be the right way.” He adds, “Someone’s gonna do it. Someone’s gonna pull it off. I say when Epic gives me the emote, when Epic gives me the Hotline Bling emote, I’ll do it. Until then, I’m on strike.”

That seems like a small price to pay for Epic Games, especially considering Drake's popularity and how much attention he brought to the game. That, in addition to the fact that Fortnite fans have already been clamoring for a "Hotline Bling" emote means you should expect them to drop the emote sometime in the very near future.
