This isn't new. It would be great if we would actually start holding these incidents in the light they should be and realize that it's not saying it that's the problem, it's the fact they can just get away with it in front of a GLOBAL AUDIENCE. So many things wrong here. For instance, though the work looks similar (to the point you can say it was based off of it) as someone who's had to go through these design-issues, I'd say that it looks similar but more than enough different to be considered not theft. I guess no one heard about how only a few ideas are original these days.

In their minds...of course the argument of actually using things for what they are intended is also relevant. In actual life...no family/parent/child are equal to another and people need different things. They'd be much better off providing consistent clean water and leaving things elsewhere as they are.
