Ahmaud Arbery's death has become a cause for outrage around the world, rightly so, as the man was shot and killed to death while out on a midday run-- in broad day light, as someone filmed. The filmed video finally leaked to the public, after his death seemingly went unnoticed and, what's more, uncharged.
Finally, it seems like justice is being served to the father-and-son duo who gunned down Ahmaud Arbery at just 25 years of age. The pair, Gregory McMichael, 64, and his son, Travis McMichael, 34, were recently arrested for murder. The McMichaels have maintained that they were performing a citizen's arrest, suspecting of Arbery of a local burglary incident.

As more and more celebrities have spoken out about this incident, bringing it to light around the world and equally helping the Arbery family receive the justice they deserve, Oprah is among them. The famed talk show host walked 2.26 miles this past Friday in support of Ahmaud Arbery, and supported Arbery's mother on the day that would be his 26th birthday. Arbery's mother, Wanda Cooper-Jones, revealed to TMZ that she received a call from Oprah herself, offering her support and birthday wishes for her son. She shared that she was happy to see the McMichaels' arrested, as well.
Apparently, Oprah is also sending the family a little something in the mail, but we'll have to wait and find out what that package consists of.
