When Lil Xan and his fiancée Annie Smith announced that they were expecting a baby, the good vibes were pouring into the rapper's comments. His fans were excited and he seemed to be getting ready for the tough task of becoming a first-time father, reading up on how to care for a newborn baby. Annie Smith posted a photo of her ultrasound online, keeping the fans updated every step of the way. However, some people started to realize that there was an almost identical image on Google. At that point, skeptics began to believe that the couple may have been lying about their baby, using it as a publicity stunt to further their careers. However, Smith has denied that her pregnancy is a hoax, offering an explanation to E! News.
"When i posted my YouTube video with my ultrasound pictures, a girl (i'm not going to comment on who) photoshopped them with another persons name, year, birthday etc, and uploaded them to Google," said Xan's fiancée. "I really am just staying off the internet for the time being because it's really sad for me to see these things."
The rumors started after Annie Smith posted a video to her YouTube account, saying that she was about nine weeks pregnant and sharing her ultrasound photos. What do you think of all this? Do you believe that they photoshopped the photos or are they being unfairly targeted?
