Kodak Black was planning a special night for the family of Meadow Pollack.

This weekend was not the best for Kodak Black. Apparently, the feds were tailing him everywhere he went and finally, they got ahold of him, got him in cuffs and arrested him for falsifying information while applying for a gun. He's facing a long time behind bars, ten years to be exact, and if he ends up in prison, his career could end abruptly. It's sad when you think about it. Kodak Black has always been somebody that showed tremendous amounts of potential, reaching a higher level on Dying To Live and proving that he was willing to change his destructive ways. Recently though, he's gone back to all the things that made him so controversial in the first place. The rapper didn't end up performing at Rolling Loud this weekend but he was reportedly planning on donating his proceeds to make one family's night a little better.

Meadow Pollack, the 18-year-old Parkland shooting victim, was reportedly a big fan of Kodak Black and the rapper has been trying to find ways to give back to her family. According to The Blast, he had been working to coordinate a special night for her family at the festival, including a VIP night out for her brother, meet and greets, and more. He was even slated to take his entire paycheck from the festival to start a foundation in Meadow's name, which would have been announced during his set. Unfortunately, his plans to unveil the foundation fell through when he was arrested before the festival but Meadow's brother still got to enjoy his time at the show.

Kodak's lawyer has issued a statement saying: "Kodak was very disappointed that he couldn’t make something he thought was going to be very special happen at Rolling Loud. We spent weeks trying to coordinate the surprise in Meadow Pollack’s memory."

He continued by saying that Kodak still plans to fund a scholarship in her name.
