It seems like Kodak Black just keeps finding himself in a web of trouble. Despite showing drive to clean up his lifestyle last year, moving to Calabasas and dropping a more introspective album than usual, the rapper has gone back to his old ways. The whole of 2019 has been one giant mess for Kodak, featuring with a rape trial, several arrests, disrespectful comments about Lauren London, Young M.A, and others, and so much more. Over the weekend, the artist was arrested during the Rolling Loud Festival and the reason why has been revealed. Kodak was reportedly caught falsifying information on a gun application in Florida and the maximum sentence he could receive is quite hefty.
With previous arrests and time spent in jail for the artist, Kodak Black is at risk of spending ten years behind bars as a result of this latest arrest. Earlier this week, it was revealed that if he is convicted of this crime, the maximum sentence he's facing is a full decade in prison, which would be devastating for all that Kodak has built in his professional life.
If he manages to weasel his way out of this (again) then we seriously hope he can figure out a way to stay out of trouble. Kodak is far too valuable to fade away so quickly and after working so hard to build his brand, it would be a shame to see him get locked away for something this dumb.
