French Montana teams up with British singer Charli XCX on the David Guetta and Afrojack produced beat "Dirty Sexy Money."
The song starts off easy with Charli lending her vocals singing about wanting someone "bad." When the beat drops, with the usual David Guetta/Afrojack sound, Charli continues her lyrics with, "come on, spend that dirty sexy money on me."
French eventually comes in on the third verse rapping about how he's got all the fixins' for any lady. The song just hears a lot of repeating of words and sounds like a usual pop radio track.
As for upcoming tunes from French, who just received his own official day in Miami, the "Unforgettable" rapper says an album with A$AP Rocky is set to drop soon.
"Me and Rocky got a project, supposed to be coming out with it real soon," French told Montreality, as we previously reported. During his interview, he also shared that J. Cole was originally supposed to executive produce his debut album, 2013's Excuse My French. He told the publication that it wasn't the right move at the time, but despite what fans were saying, he never had ill feelings towards the "Neighbors" rapper.
"He's one of the best [producers] out of our generation. I just felt like, you know, the time just wasn't right. He was moving and I was moving..things like that need time." Adding, "...I just said it would be weird if I'm making music with somebody and called them and said 'I'm taking you on because I want to make an album by myself.'"
Listen to French's new feature and tell us what you think.
Quotable Lyrics
What you need, I got it
Louis shoes, cop boots, top down, you
Diamond juice, all I see is you, right now, you
All I want is you, you
