Drake may have seemed kind of dormant for the remainder of 2017 after he dropped More Life but the Toronto rapper is always plotting. The rapper kicked off 2018 by surprising everyone with his Scary Hours EP which included "Diplomatic Immunity" as well as his chart-topping hit "God's Plan." However, it seems like Drizzy is just warming up right now. The rapper followed up those two singles with a feature on Migos' Culture II highlight, "Walk It Talk It" and then released his collab with Blocboy JB on "Look Alive." However, Drake seems to be gearing up to drop the visuals for "God's Plan" very soon.
Drake hit up Instagram earlier today with a picture of a clapperboard that read, "God's Plan." In the caption, the rapper revealed that he feels the video is one of the most important things he's done during his time in the rap game.
"The most important thing I have ever done in my career...drop a 🙏🏽 if I can share it with you." The Toronto native captioned the video.
A few weeks back, Drake was spotted at a Miami High School and the University of Miami shooting the music video for "God's Plan." He's also been doing some charitable deeds for those who need it most. The rapper donated $25K to the high school and promised to lace them in new OVO brand uniforms. He also gave a student at the university a $50K scholarship.
In addition to helping out students, he recently went to a Miami supermarket and bought everyone's groceries which came up to $50K. He also donated another $50K to a homeless shelter for women and children. Earlier this week, it was also revealed that he helped out a 63-Year-Old maid in Miami by treating her to a $10K shopping spree.
At this point, the Miami students will definitely make a cameo in the video but we're unsure if his other charitable efforts were caught on camera for the video.
