The Los Angeles home where Demi Lovato was found unconscious since overdosing in July is still on the market. Demi listed the home after a few days in the hospital and has reportedly not been back to the residence since her traumatic night. The four bedroom, six bathroom mansion was first listed for $9,495,000 and according to The Blast the home is now selling for $8,995,000, with a $500K reduction.
Demi is said to be in good spirits at a rehab facility far away from her usual stomping grounds. "I can honestly say today that she's doing really well. She's happy. She's healthy. She's working on her sobriety, and she's getting the help she needs. And that in itself encourages me about her future and about the future of our family," her mother Dianna de la Garza recently stated.
The "Sober" singer was spotted last week and looked to be positive and stable, peep the photo here.
