Thirteen years after the death of legendary Brooklyn rapper, Notorious B.I.G., Los Angeles police officials are investigating new evidence that might finally close the unsolved case. Christopher Wallace was shot and killed in his car, while leaving a music industry party in Los Angeles on March 9, 1997, but a perpetrator has not been named in the case.

Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa are taking their pot-powered friendship to the big screen. The Cali spitter recently revealed details of the upcoming movie, which drops in April on a very appropriate date for two herbal enthusiasts.

T.I., who is still imprisoned for violating probation terms from a drug arrest last year, is apparently in need of more than a release from behind bars. TMZ is reporting that the ATL rapper was busted for receiving a handjob from his wife Tiny. Apparently, during a routine visit at Arkansas State Prison, Tiny was found in violation of prison rules for her show of affection and separated from T.I. Poor guy.

Just 24 hours after news broke that rapper Gucci Mane -- who spent a good part of 2009 and 2010 locked up -- may be returning to jail, we've now discovered that the Atlanta-bred emcee was committed into a mental health treatment facility. According to TMZ, Gucci appeared in a Georgia courtroom yesterday and filed a "Special Plea of Mental Incompetency." The rapper claims that he is unable to "intelligently participate in the probation revocation hearing."

Waka Flocka Flame surrendered to Georgia police on Monday (Jan. 3) to face charges after a raid of his home last month. According to TMZ, he was booked by the Henry County Police Department on a slew of charges including possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of firearm by convicted felon, violation of probation for driving on a suspended license, and possession of the prescription drug hydrocodone.

Jazmine Sullivan shocked fans Sunday evening (Jan. 2) when she announced she would be taking a break from her lauded music career. The songstress took to Twitter to reveal the news to more than 90,000 of her followers.

Days after Chris Brown announced the completion of his court-appointed domestic violence classes, the R&B singer is involved in a heated exchange with former B2K member Raz B via Twitter.

When asked in a recent interview about potential songs for her debut, her father's hip-hop classic 'Parents Just Don't Understand' came up and Willow revealed that she just might be working on a cover version.
