Ariana Grande is just getting over some backlash regarding her latest single, "7 Rings," after a few acts accused her of stealing their flow. As well, Ariana's comments about weaves weren't taken lightly, which forced her to release a comment on the matter.
“Hi hi… I think her intention was to be like… yay a white person disassociating the negative [stereotype] that is paired with the word 'weave'… however I’m so sorry if my response was out of pocket or if it came across the wrong way," she wrote. "Thanks for opening the conversation and like… to everyone for talking to me about it. It’s never my intention to offend anybody.”
Amid all the backlash she may be receiving, the 25-year-old singer has hopped on Twitter to update her fans on her upcoming album. From the series of tweets, we now know that there will be no features on the tape (that has yet to have a name), the pre-order, cover and tracklist will be available Friday and the project will do "quite the opposite" of getting someone pregnant.
Her final tweet on the matter was plain and simple: "two albums in six months huh. that’s deep. love u. talk sooon."
