Joe Budden and Charlamagne Tha God are here to tell you whether this year was dope or trash.

Joe Budden's days with Everyday Struggle may be over, but the retired rapper turned host shows no signs of slowing down. In fact, the notorious Budden seems poised for his biggest year yet, and he recently announced his latest, and inevitably hilarious move. In a collaboration destined for greatness, Joe Budden has teamed up with Charlamagne Tha God to bring us a year end recap titled "This Year Was Dope/Trash." The pair made the announcement through Charlamagne's Instagram, in a video you can check out below.

"This year was dope, Joe," says Charlamagne, to which Budden retorts "it had some dope moments, but it had a lot of trash moments." Tha God proceeds to promise a year end wrap up of 2017, talking about all the biggest cultural moments, hottest artists, best lyricists, and of course, their opinion on the people who were "the most trash in 2017." There's also a funny moment in which Charlamagne calls Joe nervous, cause "he thinks the Migos are about to walk in." It's still a little early to tell, but it seems like this dynamic is going to be pretty entertaining, as both men are known to hold nothing back, while remaining insightful and shrewd hip-hop minds.

"This Year Was Dope/Trash" is coming soon, exclusively on Revolt TV. Stay tuned for more news on that, and if you're looking for more insight into Joe's departure from Everyday Struggle, he speaks at length on the topic on his podcast.
