In anticipation of its upcoming theatrical debut, Pacific Rim: Uprising has released an exclusive new IMAX trailer to get audiences pumped for its latest cinematic outing. This newest clip reveals more of the same: giant monsters, futuristic landscapes that eventually become pulverized, and a healthy abundance of aerial shots.
The film follows John Boyega, who is the son of Idris Elba's character from the original film, as he assembles a team to help take down the latest bout of intergalactic terror that is destroying Earth.
This trailer features new footage of Boyega and his team combatting the evil forces of Kaiju, robots flying through skyscrapers, as well as new footage of one fateful fight in an arctic region.
