Rob Markman comes through with his ode to impatience.

Rap journalist turned rapper himself, Rob Markman, comes through with his latest single, the Craigy F. assisted slow jam, "Hit My Line."

Perhaps inspired by early 2000's R&B jams like Usher and Alicia Keys' "My Boo," Rob weaves his verse between spoken lines from his female acquaintances, acting out the play-by-play of a conversation between Rob and the woman he's pursuing. Craigy F. assists on the hook, and is sick of waiting for his girl to give him the O.K. So he informs her, helpfully, with what to do when she finally gets it together.

Rob even goes so far as to include a phone number in the lyrics to the song (917-994-9302). Unless you're trying to follow Rob's instructions in this song, you might want to avoid calling it.
