Now we're talkin'...

A couple of months ago, Rob Markman offered his fans a smooth track called "Hit My Line," which featured Craigy F. For his most recent loosie, "Tables Turn," the rapper teams up with crooner Stan Sono and Mouse Jones. The Rich Eye Am production diverges from the last release in its curve towards a more organic sound.

"Tables Turn" kicks off with a skipping horns introduction paired with a monologue: "I tell you n*ggas, be smart. Don't be stupid. Now, look at you [...] Now when I see you again, I'm taxing that ass." Markman goes on to spit about rising above betrayal and putting the paranoia aside to gun for solo goals. Stan Sono lays down the chorus with finesse. Rob said it himself in a tweet: "Truth is Han Sono KILLED this hook."

More catchy refrains from Stan Sono are available through his winter releases, "Change My Mind" and Ricky P-assisted "Westside."

Quotable Lyrics
There ain't nothing to discuss
For the last couple months, all they talkin' 'bout is us
It's a secret society, all we ask is trust
now they tryna leave me like Russ
