The Ball family is constantly making headlines. Whether it's Lavar's crazy claims, LaMelo and LiAngelo's Lithuanian debut or Lonzo Ball's plays on the court, it's never a dull moment with that family. Last year, Lonzo Ball made his debut as a rapper when he dropped "Zo2" and followed it up with "Get Off" and the Big Baller Brand anthem "BBB." Now, he's getting ready to drop his debut album this week. While it's unsure if he'll have any features on the project, Rich Homie Quan definitely won't be trying to hop on any Lonzo Ball song any time soon.
Rich Homie Quan recently caught up with TMZ Sports where the rapper was asked on his thoughts on Lonzo Ball's rap career. Quan thinks that Lonzo should stick to basketball for the time being.
"I don't know, he got a little swag but I think he should just focus on basketball right now then rap later," he said.
For anyone who's been longing for a Rich Homie Quan and Lonzo Ball collaboration, it doesn't seem like it's bound to happen. The rapper was asked whether he'd be interested in collaborating with the Lakers rookie at some point which he doesn't seem to keen on but he's down to hit the court with him.
"Nah, I'd rather shoot some threes with him. Straight up," Quan said.
Lonzo Ball debut album drops tomorrow.
