"Born 2 Ball" arrives February 15th.

After sharing multiple rap songs over the last year, L.A. Lakers rookie point guard Lonzo Ball is ready to put out his debut full-length. Lonzo has announced that the project, titled Born 2 Ball will be released on February 15th, sharing both the artwork and tracklist on Instagram Friday. The cover art features a young Lonzo (perhaps inspired by the tradition of covers like Illmatic, Ready To Die, and Tha Carter III) with father and Big Baller Brand founder LaVar Ball.

According to the tracklist, there's also a song dedicated to Lonzo's dad ("LaVar"), as well as a track named after the family's brand ("BBB"), and plenty of other tracks that sound as though they'll be big and braggy as the Balls are known to be.

Last October, Lonzo shared the Dragon Ball Z-inspired track "Super Saiyan," which also appears on the project. The song features Lonzo capably rapping in a triplet flow reminiscent of Future or Migos. Lonzo has previously praised both acts while also suggesting that Nas is "outdated." "Don’t nobody listen to Nas anymore," he is quoted as saying on the set of his reality show. "Real hip-hop is MigosFuture."

It's unclear how the project will be released. In the past, Lonzo has shared songs on YouTube. Could the project be headed to Spotify and Apple Music this time around? We'll have to wait and see.
