TNT will reportedly launch their new "NBA on TNT VR" app during the NBA All-Star weekend. The virtual reality app will transport fans inside TNT's Studio J, giving access to game highlights and recaps as well as live NBA games on TNT.
The Mountain Dew Kickstart Rising Stars game, State Farm All-Star Saturday Night (which includes the 3-Point and Dunk Contest) and the actual NBA All-Star Game on Sunday will all be showcased in virtual reality as part of the app launch.
According to Engadget, viewers will have the ability to choose form four different camera angles, including a courtside view of the action. The app is available on Samsung Gear VR, powered by Oculus, and Google Daydream headsets for download today, free of charge, via the Oculus and Google Play stores.
