The collaboration comes from the deluxe edition of Ty's 2017 album "Beach House 3."

Ty Dolla $ign's Beach House 3 already stands as one of 2017's best RnB albums. With the addition of 6 new tracks on the deluxe edition, it may now be even better. Wiz Khalifa, a regular collaborator of Ty's who welcomed the singer to his Taylor Gang collective a few years back appeared on the Pharrell-assisted "Stare" from the proper album, and now makes a second appearance on the simply titled "Drugs." Weed is a shared vice of Ty and Wiz, and thus their collaborations often seem to bear the scent of a cloud of kush smoke. "Drugs," unsurprisingly, is no exception, beginning with Ty's coughs and a declaration that he's got his own stash, later bragging: "I don't need no plug." Produced by Hitmaka, who has been working with Ty on his forthcoming full-length album with fellow RnB genius Jeremih, the track is the kind of shifty, paranoid pop that many artists have attempted but few can pull off as well as Ty. When Wiz shows up, he adapts to the singer's world with his own melodies, a writing ability he's had a strong grasp on since well before Kush & OJ.

Quotable Lyrics:
Walkin' straight into the club
Been here with all of my thugs
I said I'm rollin' up drugs
Told her it is what it is and it was what it was
She leave with me just because
Say she in need of some love
And if Khalifa the one
Hit her so good that
She don't wanna leave in the mornin'
