As he did with his Free TC project, Ty Dolla $ign is re-releasing 2017's Beach House 3 as a deluxe edition complete with bonus tracks this Friday. The LP will feature six additional songs, two of them -- "Pineapple" with Gucci Mand and Quavo and "Clout" with 21 Savage -- being released in advance. The other new songs, as reported by HipHopNMore, will feature guest appearances from Ty's Taylor Gang affiliate Wiz Khalifa, Quavo once again, and French Montana. The titles of the new songs, which will follow the original tracklist, can be found below.

Beach House 3 was released last October. Since its release, Ty has been keeping busy as a songwriter and featured artist. Earlier this month, he appeared on Christina Aguilera's comeback single "Accelerate." His full-length collaborative project with Jeremih MihTy, is expected to be released in June. It is being overseen by producer and songwriter Hitmaka. "We probably did like what? Tops, eight sessions. Maybe less than that and we got like 60 songs and we had to choose like 13, 14," he told Zane Lowe of the album.
