If you forgot last month, Blac Chyna filed a lawsuit against the KArdashions saying that they were responsible for pressuring E! network into canceling her reality TV series and therefore making her lose out on a small fortune.
According to the lawsuit that was filed, the network, production team and stars of the reality show were all open and eager to shoot another season for the program. However, as far as Chyna is concerned, the Kardashian family used their "power and influence over the E! network to kill the second season,” but it now looks like Chyna is taking it back.
TMZ reports that Chyna has removed all the sisters from the lawsuit, minus Kim. So that means Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie were all dropped from the lawsuit, while Kim, Rob & Kris remain on it.
As pointed out, Chyna lists "Does 1-100" as defendants on the lawsuit, which means in legal terms that she could later add someone to the lawsuit. So It's possible that she could refile against the sisters, and put them back in the lawsuit, but for now its just Kim, Rob & Kris.
There’s no reason as for why Kim was the only sister left on the lawsuit, maybe it’s due to her back account & power on E!, but whatever it is Chyna aint with it.
This story surfaces just hours after finding out that the table had been turned on Chyna, and she was on the receiving end of a new lawsuit. Chyna is being sued by photo agency, FameFlynet, for posting a photo of herself, Rob Kardashian and her son, King Cairo, without a photo credit to her personal Instagram account last year. The picture the agency is going after has since been deleted, but they say one photo of her and King Cairo is still on her Instagram and they want her to fork over the profit she made from the picture.
We'll continue to keep you posted on the latest with Blac Chyna moving forward.
