Reports say Black Chyna is once again involved in another lawsuit.

The reality star/rapper that is Blac Chyna is twisted up in legalities surrounding photo rights.

TMZ reports that Blac is being sued by photo agency, FameFlynet, for posting a photo of herself, Rob Kardashian and her son, King Cairo, without a photo credit to her personal Instagram account. The picture was said to be legitimately licensed and posted by a number of media outlets on December 2nd, 2016.

The picture the agency is going after has since been deleted, but they say one photo of her and King Cairo is still on her Instagram and they want her to fork over the profit she made from the picture. No further information has come from Blac's legal team on whether this case will be taken to court.

Blac is currently working on a studio album that is said to have big names like Yo Gotti, Tory Lanez, Rae Sremmurd's Swae Lee and Joe Budden attached to the project in some way. In a recent chat with XXL, the reality star turned rapper explained how she wants all of her efforts to pay off, and properly reflect her sound. "I want to make music that, like, reflects me," she said. "What's going on at that present time. You know, it's kind of like a movie, how I'm looking at it." She even explained how she uses her studio sessions as a therapeutic release from the craziness of the media.

"So if this is happening right now, I want to speak on it right then and there," she added. "But at the same time, I want it to be timeless."

All we can do for now is wait on Blac's music to drop and see if all her hard work pays off in giving her a secure spot in the hip-hop community. Maybe her upcoming tunes will reveal whether she's in a relationship Playboi Carti, or not, since their dating rumours have been at an ultimate high from a recent Instagram post of the two cosying up together.
