Elton John enlists Pink and Logic for a revamped version of "Bennie and the Jets."

The tribute album much like the television reboot is very much in the vanguard. Older artists are looking the musicians they've influence to help reignite interest in their bodies of work. Elton John has not recorded refreshingly new material because he's broadened his scope to working on scores and theatre productions.

The updated "Bennie and the Jets" is but one of thirteen re-recordings of Elton John classic material with songwriting partner Bernie Taupin. Q-Tip even colludes with Demi Lovato on a cover of "Don't Go Breaking My Heart," originally performed with his Jets backing band, and singer Kikl Dee.

Fans of Logic will appreciate the change of pace. Be curious, investigate for yourselves.

Quotable Lyrics:

I might sound out of my mind, matter of fact out of line
But I been runnin' and gunnin', gettin' it for myself in due time
I'm finna take it to the line, I'm in the beginning of the prime
Tony Montana the world's mine
Yeah, it's finally 'bout time
Went from Section 8 to better times
Serving food to writin' rhymes
For Elton John, the greatest of all-time
