Case closed for Toi-Lin Kelly.

Suge Knight's girlfriend, Toi-Lin Kelly, has pleaded no contest to the conspiracy of selling video footage that saw Suge run over two men in his truck during the filming of Straight Outta Compton. A Los Angeles judge has sentenced her to 100 hours of community service and she has to pay $55,000 to the Compton hamburger stand that provided the video surveillance. Toi-Lin has managed to dodge a more severe sentence, as she was initially facing up to three years in prison.

As we reported before, Toi-Lin and her business partner, Mark Blankenship, allegedly knew that the tapes were forbidden from public release due to a court order. The two started making deals with TMZ  just two weeks after the incident happened in January of 2015, selling the tapes for $55k. "I can’t wait to get this video to you," Kelly said in a text message to a TMZ representative, according to court documents.

Mark is also facing conspiracy charges but details on his case have not been revealed.

Suge's hit and run left one man seriously injured, Cle Sloan, and another dead, Terry Carter. He is currently facing murder and attempted murder charges where he pleads not guilty.

In other news regarding Suge, he now claims that Dr. Dre hired a hitman to have him killed around the same time that he ran over the victims he is behind bars for. Suge apparently got his hands on a $20K check issued by Dre. The check was shown to him by a Dwayne Johnson (not to be confused with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson) who told Suge and a private investigator that it was "blood money" in exchange for a hit on Suge's life.

Dr. Dre's legal team call the accusations "absurd" and have chosen not to respond any further. Suge has found a sure way to make headlines and continue to stir the post behind bars.
