Sacramento Kings rookie De'Aaron Fox notched his first NBA game-winner last night, after draining a 19-foot jumper with 13.4 seconds to beat the Philadelphia 76ers 109-108. The victory, Sacramento's third of the season, snapped Philly's five game winning streak.

Fox finished the game with with 11 points, seven assists and four rebounds off the bench. Among those who "liked" the footage of Fox draining the game winner against Philly was... Sixers rookie Markelle Fultz.

Fultz liking the post by @LegionHoops could've been completely accidental, but twitter users were quick to pickup on the most recent addition to his likes tab.

So far this season De'Aaron Fox is averaging 12.3 points, 5.5 assists and 3.5 rebounds in 27 minutes per game off the bench.

Markelle Fultz, the Sixers' #1 overall pick, has only played in four games this season and has been sidelined due to a right shoulder injury. According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the 19-year old point guard had fluid drained from his right shoulder about a month ago.

Per ESPN,

"Markelle had a shoulder injury and fluid drained out of the back of his shoulder," agent Raymond Brothers told ESPN. "He literally cannot raise up his arms to shoot the basketball. He decided to try and fight through the pain to help the team. He has a great attitude. We are committed to finding a solution to get Markelle back to 100 percent."

When the Sixers officially announced Fultz's injury in late October, they had expected him to miss three weeks but a recent report suggest he's still not able to shoot the ball with his right hand and we're right around the end of that timetable.

Even without their #1 pick in the lineup, the Sixers have managed a 6-5 record so far this season.
