Halle Berry's relationship status has been a point of interest for many people. It should be assumed that when she announced her most recent divorce, many men were quick to slide in the DM's. The most notable being Trey Songz. Today, she took to social media to confirm that she's no longer accepting DM applications and is now in a happy relationship.
Halle Berry and Alex Da Kid are now officially a thing. While rumors have been circulating since last month, the couple took to social media to confirm that they are officially dating. Both Berry and Alex posted pictures of each other, all hugged up, onto Instagram with matching captions that read, "My balance."
It's a bit of an unexpected relationship, in all honesty. Halle Berry and Alex Da Kid have a 16 year age gap between them. Both of them celebrated their birthdays in August, Halle Berry turning 51 and Alex Da Kid turning 35. Nonetheless, the two of them are clearly happy especially if their willing to put their relationship out in the public eye. According to reports from E! News, they say that the couple have been seeing each other for two months and met through mutual friends in the industry.
Halle Berry finalized her divorce with her third husband, Olivier Martinez, in 2016. The couple were married for three years and had a child together before they decided to split ways in 2015. Prior to that, Berry was in a serious relationship with Canadian model Gabriel Aubry between 2005 to 2010. The two of them had a daughter together but ended up having a highly publicized custody battle over their child.
Berry's been very busy throughout 2017. This past year, she's starred in "Kidnap", "Kings" and "Kingsman: The Golden Circle" and also served as an executive producer for "Kidnap."
Alex da Kid has been keeping busy as well. The UK producer has continued to pump out music through his KIDinaKorner label. Under his roster, he currently has Imagine Dragons, Skylar Grey, Jamie N Commons and X Ambassadors. He also added another platinum plaque to his collection last year with the song "Sucker for Pain" featuring Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, Imagine Dragons,Logic, Ty Dolla Sign and X Ambassadors.
