After dropping his comeback mixtape, which has been receiving a mostly positive response from fans, Juelz Santana hinted that next on deck might be a Diplomats reunion. Now he says that a record he recorded with Jim Jones for God Will n is being sent to Cam Ron to drop a verse, and then really teases fans with a possible full Diplomats project.
Apparently the track Both Sides which featured Lil Durk and Jim Jones was one of two tracks Elz and Jones recorded together. After deciding to go with the tune featuring Lil Durk, Santana has now asked Jim Jones to pass the other record to Killa Cam to drop a verse.
In an interview with Fuse he says, I'ma just put it to you like this: you know Jim was on the mixtape, he recorded ['Both Sides (God Will'n)'] with me and Durk," he said. "We actually did another record before that. So we wound up saying, 'You know what? Why don't we justput you on that one with Durk. Hinting at a Diplomats reunion he says fans can expect to hear Cam on that other recors, the [other] record we have, he [Jim Jones] got a verse on it, I got a verse on it, and [Jim] said he's gonna take it to Cam, and have Cam put a verse on it.
Then really throwing fuel on the fire of a full comeback project Juelz says he hopes this leads to an album, Hopefully that will be the start ofa Diplomat album; it's possible to happen."
