Georgia's social media darling Lil Nas X has been trending once again. The viral hitmaker is giving fans what they have been dying to get for over a year, new music. Yes, the 24-year-old phenom is just a couple of days away from dropping his gospel-tinged single "J CHRIST." It will be out on all DSPs and YouTube this coming Friday, January 12. The reason for him going in this direction is based on comments about entering his Christian era over a year ago.

Lil Nas X has dished out the cover art for the track. It features him paying homage to Jesus Christ, as he splayed across a cross. In the Instagram caption, he writes, "MY NEW SINGLE IS DEDICATED TO THE MAN WHO HAD THE GREATEST COMEBACK OF ALL TIME!" Perhaps, it is a reference to the story of him dying and then rising from the dead to save humanity from their sins.

Lil Nas X Continues To Get Fans Ready

Now, Nas X is ready to share one more nugget about it. This latest update is about the visuals for the music video. He shared a short clip of it on his social media moments ago. It sees people walking in a single file on a grassy field, heading toward the gates of heaven. Before this, a Nas X fan account got a hold of a possible snippet of the song.
