In an effort to continue the ever-growing Air Jordan line, Jordan Brand has recently turned to some of Michael Jordan's memorable off-court moments as inspiration for new colorways and designs.
For instance, the "Letterman" Air Jordan 1s that released last year and the upcoming "Flight Jacket" Air Jordan 6s which serve as a nod to the quilted, olive green bomber jacket that MJ wore during his first appearance on Saturday Night Live in 1991.
The kicks come decked out in a quilted, water-resistant, olive green nylon upper accompanied by black accents and an icy outsole.
As of now, the Flight Jacket 6s are rumored to release in August for the retail price of $225.
