Draymond Green sure does love LeBron.

Draymond Green and the Golden State Warriors are going to be in a fight for the ages this week. Overall, that is because the Warriors are set to take on the Los Angeles Lakers in the second round of the playoffs. Although the Lakers have LeBron James and Anthony Davis, the Warriors have a dynasty at stake. This is going to be a very interesting series, and no one really knows how it will go. However, there is going to be a lot of GOAT talk once this series is all said and done.

Moreover, it should be noted that Draymond Green and LeBron James are very good friends. Over the years, they have gone to each other's parties and have always remained friendly. This is especially true now that Green is a member of Klutch Sports. Additionally, there are rumors that Green could join the Lakers next season. That said, according to reports, Green wanted time off earlier in the season so that he could watch LeBron break the scoring record. However, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr made sure that never happened.

Draymond Green And LeBron Are A Fun Duo

According to Marc J. Spears, "Steve Kerr decided it was best for Green to be with the team the night before a game in Portland, Oregon, instead of going to Los Angeles to see James." Quite frankly, you cannot blame Kerr for feeling this way. After all, you need your best players to be around the team when the going gets tough. That said, this whole situation is quite funny when you consider the narrative around Draymond Green and his love of LeBron. We're sure Green ended up watching the record-breaking game on television, instead.

As for this upcoming playoff series, it seems as though it is going to be an amazing one. Fans of both teams are going to be seriously on edge, and it will be marvelous. Hopefully, the best team moves on, where they will likely play the Denver Nuggets. Let us know who you think will win the series, in the comments below.
