Jordan Brand will be celebrating the Chinese New Year with a special edition collection this weekend which includes two separate Air Jordan 12s as well as a brand new Air Jordan 31.
The men's Air Jordan 12 obviously draws on inspiration from the classic "Taxi" Air Jordan 12, featuring a white and black color scheme just like the beloved Taxis. However, this CNY joint features a reflective 3M upper and bamboo accents, which are included on the Tan/Red women's version as well as White/Black the Air Jordan 31.
The men's pair will retail for $250, while the women's Air Jordan 12 will go for $160.
All of Jordan Brand's "Chinese New Year" sneakers will be arriving on Saturday, January 28th but they are far from the only highly anticipated kicks dropping this weekend.
Jordan Brand will also be launching the sequoia-flavored "Take Flight" Air Jordan 8 ($190) on the 28th as well.
Not to be outdone by the Air Jordan lineup, Nike Basketball will be releasing the first ever LeBron retro ($175) on Wednesday, January 25th, followed by the "Black Ice" colorway of the LeBron 14 ($175) on Saturday the 28th. The "Aunt Pearl" Nike KD9 ($150) is also on tap for Saturday.
As for Adidas Hoops, they'll be rolling out the "Disruptor" Harden Vol. 1 ($140) on Saturday the 28th and it's easily the best colorway of James Harden's signature sneaker thus far.
