Draymond Green may have cost his team the game.

Draymond Green has been known for being a bit of a dirty player in the past. Moreover, his transgressions get him ejected from games, more often than not. He has also been known to get hit with some brutal suspensions, that always put his team in a hole. Overall, this has been Green's weakness since he came into the league. However, he has made very few strides to actually change himself for the better. Now, the Warriors are the underdogs in a playoff series, and he is still up to his old bag of tricks.

Last night was game 2 in the first-round series between the Warriors and the Sacramento Kings. The Warriors have been pitiful on the road this year, so it was not surprising that they dropped game 1. Although they started off strong in game 2, they ended up tanking in the second half of the game. Furthermore, it all fell apart in the fourth quarter as Draymond Green got tangled up with Domantas Sabonis. In the clip below, you can see Green get tied up before stomping on the Kings star. This was an incredibly dangerous move that got Green ejected.

Draymond Green Does It Again

Subsequently, fans lit up on social media with concern for Sabonis. Additionally, people are now calling for Draymond Green to be suspended. They felt like the play was so dirty that Green should at least sit for one game. Of course, Green feels the opposite as he told reporters after the game that he had nowhere to put his foot. Moreover, he claims that Sabonis grabbed his leg first. “My leg got grabbed. Second time in two nights," Green explained. Needless to say, accountability is hard to find.

Moving forward, it will be interesting to see what the NBA decides here. Draymond Green has a history of this kind of thing, so it would not be shocking to see a suspension come about. Only time will tell what the league decides. Let us know your feelings on all of this, in the comments section below.
