Draymond Green doesn't think the world is ready for another Warriors championship.

Draymond Green is locking in for the 2023 NBA Playoffs. The Golden State Warriors star has a simple message for the rest of the league. "Don't let us win another f****** championship." Green is highly confident in his Warriors grabbing their fifth title during his tenure. Undoubtedly the Warriors have been the greatest NBA franchise of the last decade. Another championship this season will cement the franchise among the likes of the 90's Chicago Bulls. A comparison that could be made already.

Obviously, the Warriors have what it takes to win the championship. They're already the reigning champions of the league. The Warriors took down the Celtics last season behind a vintage Steph Curry playoff series. However, the Warriors have had to deal with the injury bug this season. It seems everyone, from Curry to probably the water boy, had to deal with some kind of injury this season. But that doesn't mean the Warriors should be counted out. The team is built by shooting, and a hot streak could lead them right to the promised land.

Draymond Green Is Ready For A Warriors Repeat

However, standing in the Warriors way first would be the Sacramento Kings. The Kings have been one of the hottest teams this season. Including comparisons to great Warriors' offenses of the past. But as the old saying goes, to be the man, you gotta beat the man. If the Kings are able to defeat the defending champions in round one, it will go a long way toward their confidence. But don't count on Green and company to fall so easily.

Draymond Green is ready, as is the rest of the NBA world. The Warriors-Kings storyline is just one of the many great first-round matchups. But before we get there Tuesday night belongs to the play-in tournament. One team from each conference will be sent home. While the seventh side on both sides will be decided. Luckily for the Warriors, they avoided the play-in by earning the sixth seed in the West. However, be careful what you wish for.
