Out now, stream Don Mykel's new 8-track EP "Infinite."

After kicking off the campaign earlier this Summer with the single “N.W.O,” which saw its video surface a couple weeks ago, rising Harlem rapper Don Mykel decides to come through today and release the rest of his new EP Infinite.

Laced with 8 tracks in total, the follow up to last year’s God Mykel tape comes with no features and finds the Harlem rapper showing off his versatility over beats from Scott Farlee, Levy Grey & more. From a seven minute lyrical onslaught on “Notorious” to laying down the vibes & melodies with “Hell On Earth,” Don Mykel gives fans a little bit of everything on this project. “When I know what people are used to hearing from me, that’s when I know it’s time to switch it up,” he explains.

“'N.W.O' really set the tone [for the project],” Mykel said in a recent interview. “It put me into this crazy creative vibe, and I started pumping out songs faster than usual. I could make five songs in a day and know right away which ones were and weren’t going to make the project.”

“I like to experiment with sounds and stay on my toes and challenge myself to see what I can do creatively,” he said. “I never want to be stagnant. I like to travel to each element and try to master it. I’m on my Avatar shit.”

Available now on iTunes, fans can stream the new 8 track EP in its entirety for free thanks to his Soundcloud page. Hit play and let us know what record you’re feeling the most?

In celebration of the new EP, Don Mykel will be headlining The Knitting Factory in Brooklyn, New York on September 12, along with Ness Rhyme and Manny Little. Check out ticket info right here if interested.
