The Air Jordan 1 Mid never fails to impress.

One of the best variations of the AJ1 would have to be the Air Jordan 1 Mid. Despite the name, this shoe is most certainly not "mid." Overall, it has a great design to it as we have those Jordan 1 aesthetics with a bit of a shorter cut. Additionally, this shoe has traditionally received more colorways and experimentation. This is great for consumers as they get more out of this silhouette than they would from the Air Jordan 1 High OG. Either way, Jumpman has constructed something truly fantastic here.

Throughout 2023, there have been a plethora of great colorways to hit the market. We have reported on quite a few of them, and subsequently, we are going to have to report on a whole lot more. Jumpman has done great things with the silhouette, and you have to commend them for it. That said, we are already getting teasers and official images for the latest sets of colorways. Overall, it feels like we are getting a new colorway to discuss, every single day.

Above and below, you can behold official images of the Air Jordan 1 Mid "University Blue." This is an aesthetic that fans are probably accustomed to as the whole "UNC" look is a true staple of Jordan Brand. Firstly, the sneaker has a black leather base, with black appearing on the toe box, side panels, and cuff. Secondly, the overlays, Nike swoosh, outsole, and even the tongue are coated in a nice shade of blue. When you put these elements together, you get a sneaker that is clean and perfect for the warmer months.

For now, this shoe does not have a release date, however, we do know that it will be dropping for a price of $125 USD. These are bound to be a lot of fun, so definitely keep them on your radar.
