The Air Jordan 1 Mid is getting a colorway for the kids.

Among the best variations of the Air Jordan 1 is the Air Jordan 1 Mid. Overall, this takes the iconic aesthetic of the Jordan 1, and condenses it into a marginally smaller sneaker. Throughout the years, the Jordan 1 Mid has actually gained a considerable amount of popularity. This is due to the fact that the shoe is cheaper and tends to be better stocked. Although the colorways aren't as iconic, they are still a whole lot of fun. Consequently, Jordan Brand typically likes to experiment with the colorways they use on this silhouette.

Now that we are in the Spring months, shoes that are a bit lower on the ankle are becoming more popular. For instance, we recently reported on the Air Jordan 1 Low and its upcoming color schemes. Subsequently, we now have some Air Jordan 1 Mids to report. One of the first colorways we are getting wind of is this grade school offering, down below. In fact, this latest shoe, dubbed "Medium Soft Pink," is going all the way with the loudness of the summer.

As you can see from the official images above and below, this is not a colorway that will appeal to every kid. However, if they have an affinity for the color pink, then they will certainly enjoy this. Firstly, the shoe begins with some hot pink overlays across the upper. Secondly, the toe box, Nike swoosh, cuff, and laces are all a light shade of pink. Lastly, we get a nice simple white on the side panels, tongue, and even the midsole. When you put these elements together, you get a summer-ready offering that will have your kid loving their footwear.

At this time, a release date for the shoe has not been made available. However, we do know that this shoe is set to drop for a price of $110 USD. That is a very affordable price, although that is because this is a smaller size range. Let us know what you think of these kicks, in the comments section below.
