A Boogie is New York's newest buzz artist, and the veterans of the scene are taking notice. Boogie's bubblegum rap hit, "My Shit," has been remixed by none other than Remy Ma today, and while it's not her regular territory, she makes the beat her own, inflecting her hard punchline-driven flows with melody, subtly tracing over the flows of the original while making things a little more complex. Her collaborative album with Fat Joe, Platas o Plomo is due out soon. Perhaps A Boogie could land a feature on it? Until then look out for another single from Remy Joe and French Montana next month.
