Famed Harlem producer Dame Grease has joined with L.A.'s DJ King Assassin for a big-time collab featuring Sheek Louch, Freeway, and Pusha T. Since the late '90s, Grease has worked with many of the East Coast's best, so he knows just what to do with the lineup at hand. It's a grimy, early '00s-sounding street record with heavy lyrical artillery from the three veteran spitters.
The collab comes soon before Louch's next album, Silverback Gorillas 2, and just after Pusha T revealed the features on his upcoming album, King Push: Darkest Before Dawn. Grease, who produced It's Dark and Hell Is Hot, recently returned on DMX's comeback record, "Ain't Nowhere to Hide."
Who dropped the best verse on "My Style"?
Quotable Lyrics
Drop dead gorgeous, the feds takin' portraits
Sold enough bricks to make a kilo fortress
R-E-U-P-G-A-N-G, street money n*ggas if you puttin' it simply
- Pusha T
