WondaGurl samples USA and Canada's national anthems on "The North."

Not many producers, let alone musicians of any kind, can claim the title "Grammy nominated" before they're old enough to vote, but 17-year-old prodigy WondaGurl can, thanks to her beat on Jay Z's Magna Carta Holy Grail. First breaking out with that "Crown" instrumental last year, she's gone on to work with French Monntana, Travi$ Scott and SZA, and now drops a slick instrumental on us.

"The North" sounds just as ominous as its title might suggest, but achieves that goal by very odd means. WondaGurl samples the national anthems of both the USA and Canada, creating a border-crossing trap beat along the way.

Watch out for this girl, she's a dynamo on the beats.
